I have had three Smartxide treatments by Dr Zavala. Everyone in the office treat me like I am the only person that matters. Dr. Zavala has an excellent chair side manner answering questions with thoroughness and respect. I never felt an upsell from his office. The treatments changed my life for the better. I have suffered most of my life with acne scars. I tried 5 rounds of Fraxel (smurf version), too many IPL treatments to count, microdermabrasion and tons of creams to no effect. I have olive toned skin and a full CO2 laser or dermabrasion was not an option. My acne scars are 60-70% improved. The difference is so noticeable clients have asked what did I do to improve my skin so dramatically! Men notice me now. I don't wear pancake makeup anymore to hide the dark pits and scars. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Zavala. I went to him because he was familiar with olive toned skin and that he had more experience than anyone else with Smartxide in the country. It was an excellent choice and I wish Smartxide had been around in my early 20s. It would have had an even more profound change in my life.

 I had the natural breast augmentation procedure at ciao bella and my results are awesome. I had to get liposuction because they used my own fat for the breast enlargement which is great because my breast  feel and look very natural. I researched several doctors and had 3 consults with other doctors but when I went to Dr. Zavala at ciao bella I felt very comfortable and loved everything about them. Dr. Zavala explained that the liposuction would also help shape other parts of my body and although it was more expensive than traditional boob jobs, I love the way he shaped the rest of my body. I was by no means fat before but after the liposuction, I have way nicer curves around my waist  and my thighs really look better which are the parts were he took the fat from. I lost about 30-40 percent of the fat he injected after the procedure but they freeze extra fat for touch ups. I had a touch up 2 months after and he injected more fat to how big I wanted my breast. I still have more fat frozen for future touch ups but I think I am staying at this size because I don't want to go too big. Dr. Zavala is amazing and one of a kind doctor. He made me feel the most comfortable and his prices are very reasonable and best of all his work is amazing! I definitely recommend ciao bella to anyone thinking of getting a boob job, or liposuction. The staff is great too!

My experience after the laser treatment you gave me was extraordinary.
I have been under skin treatments for many years since I have always been exposed to the sun throughout my life. Also, the aging process included spots and freckles and my face was swollen because of lack of collagen.

I have had many treatments that started with Botox to reduce the appearance of being tired since my job requires high level of energy because I give public lectures for top directors and people in businesses.

After the laser treatment you gave me I can tell you people did not know what had happened to me but now I look younger and thinner ( the collagen was estimulated and now my face looks tighter) and with a fresher color.

My eyelids are opened again and that gives me a brighter look and I do not need Botox anymore.

I think you are making a big change with the least effort with this innovative and painless treatment.

I know our expression is a result of our thoughts and now I have a new opportunity to think twice about my beliefs and I decided to be happy.

The Body reshaping definitely works. I lost body fat in places that are hard to get rid off even if you work out a lot; like love handles, inner thighs, etc. My love handles are actually completely gone! I am really happy with my results, and I strongly recommend Dr. Zavala, he is great!! I am now taking care of stretch marks from my pregnancies and it is looking better, of course I still have more treatments to go to see the final results.

I just had a second Photofacial on my face & neck. I'm turning 30 years old this year and wanted to start fighting the signs of aging early on. I saw immediate results after the first procedure. I was amazed at the improvement I saw in my skin...It's like finding the fountain of youth! I was a little nervous at first, but the Doctor & Esthetician were both comforting and the second time I knew what to expect. There is only a slight discomfort during the procedure and after it is painless, with no downtime. I had minimal bruising that lasted a couple days, which was not noticeable because I was able to cover it with concealer.

I preferred to have the topical anesthetic, but I think it depends on each persons tolerance and sensitivity. I have used this procedure in combination with Microdermabrasion and seen great results. For the first time my skin actually looks better without make-up! My overall complexion looks evened, toned, brightened, reduced redness, minimized pores, fine lines are almost completely erased, and the best part is how my face glows.

I had brown spots that literally disappeared. I am thrilled and can't wait to complete the series and see the final results! The office is absolutely beautiful with a wonderful staff. I would highly recommend Ciao Bella Medical Spa to anyone looking to enhance their appearance.

I was referred to Ciao Bella Medical Spa by a friend. As a concerned candidate, I researched facts about the entity and the doctor who would be performing the procedures. I was very favorably informed about Dr Zavala, an experienced doctor of medicine, cardiology and cosmetology.

Dr Zavala has performed Smartxide dot laser resurfacing, featherlift and liposuction. I'm almost 63 years old, and my husband cannot believe his eyes when he saw my results. He has now called the clinic to have a consultation because I guess its just envy that I now look much younger than him.
